Every piece in our Pre-Loved Finds collection has been carefully selected by Style Reset. As pre-loved clothing has already had a life before reaching us, you may find small signs of wear — we think that’s part of its story.

To make shopping simple, we grade every piece using our Style Reset Condition Guide:

01 · PRISTINE
Unworn or appears unworn, with no visible signs of wear. These items usually are brand new with tags.

02 · EXCELLENT
Beautifully kept with little to no visible signs of wear.

03 · VERY GOOD
Gently worn with minor signs of normal wear.

04 · GOOD
Pre-loved and showing some visible signs of wear, but still in good wearable condition.

We’ll always highlight and photograph any notable flaws in the individual item description, so you know exactly what to expect from your new-to-you find.
