5. Consignment & Third-Party Items

Style Reset sells items on behalf of third-party sellers (consignors) alongside our own label pieces. Please note the following:

  • Third-party items are owned by the consignor until the point of sale. Style Reset acts as an agent facilitating the sale on their behalf.
  • All items listed on our site are described to the best of our ability. Condition, sizing, and authenticity details are provided as accurately as possible.
  • By purchasing a consignment item, your contract of sale is with Style Reset. We take responsibility for ensuring items are as described.
  • Style Reset does not guarantee the authenticity of designer or branded items unless explicitly stated. Where authentication has been carried out, this will be noted on the product listing.
  • If you are a seller wishing to consign items with us, separate consignment terms will apply. Please refer to our Sell With Us page for further information.

6. Made-to-Order Items

Items from the Style Reset Collection are produced specifically for you upon order. As such:

  • Production timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase
  • Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced
  • These items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival

7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the product page or at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
