We deliver all orders via Royal Mail. Please see our delivery information below.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Our Returns Policy

At Style Reset, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, or any other marks
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@stylereset.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return, and our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Made-to-Order Items

Items from the Style Reset Collection are made to order and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item arrives faulty or damaged. Please review sizing carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
